The Bluffton River House

My wife and I have been long time Bluffton residents and raised our two children at this home. The children are grown now and we are semi-retired and live just a few miles away. With the birth of our first grandchild we have begun to spend more time back at the old homestead to enjoy family. All of our children's friends still love to come over when the house is not occupied to jump off the grand diving board they used as children.

The sunsets here are often photographed and published in local and regional magazines. The river is expansive and provides a low horizon to the west. and the best thing is ALL year long sunsets.

With 21 feet of water at high tide and no bridges to navigate, the May river offers excellent access to the Calibogue sound and the ocean. Harbour Town yacht basin is just minutes away.
